Description

The Horiba is a scanning confocal Raman spectroscopy system with integrated Atomic Force Microscopy. It has four laser lines of excitation (405, 532, 633, and 785nm) as well as a white light source for reflectance spectroscopy. Lenses from 10x to 100x are available for flexibility in resolution and field of view.

Applications
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Photoluminescence
  • Reflectance mode spectroscopy
  • Topographic imaging in contact and tapping (AC) modes
  • Tip-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS)
  • IR wavelength detector

Accessories

  • Reflectance mode optics
  • Linkam environmental stage (vacuum, heating, cooling)
