Description
The Horiba is a scanning confocal Raman spectroscopy system with integrated Atomic Force Microscopy. It has four laser lines of excitation (405, 532, 633, and 785nm) as well as a white light source for reflectance spectroscopy. Lenses from 10x to 100x are available for flexibility in resolution and field of view.
Applications
- Raman spectroscopy
- Photoluminescence
- Reflectance mode spectroscopy
- Topographic imaging in contact and tapping (AC) modes
- Tip-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS)
- IR wavelength detector
Accessories
- Reflectance mode optics
- Linkam environmental stage (vacuum, heating, cooling)
