Description

The Raman-NSOM is a scanning confocal Raman spectroscopy system with integrated Atomic Force Microscopy. It has three laser lines of excitation (491, 532, and 660 nm) and 4 diffraction gratings for flexibility in spectral resolution and bandwidth.

Applications
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Near-field scanning optical microscopy
  • Photoluminescence
  • Topographic imaging in contact and tapping (AC) modes
  • Imaging of biological specimens

Accessories

  • Heated sample stage
  • Inverted optical stage for imaging through coverslip
