Description
The Raman-NSOM is a scanning confocal Raman spectroscopy system with integrated Atomic Force Microscopy. It has three laser lines of excitation (491, 532, and 660 nm) and 4 diffraction gratings for flexibility in spectral resolution and bandwidth.
