Description
The Raman-NSOM is a scanning confocal Raman spectroscopy system with integrated Atomic Force Microscopy. It has three laser lines of excitation (491, 532, and 660 nm) and 4 diffraction gratings for flexibility in spectral resolution and bandwidth.
Applications
- Raman spectroscopy
- Near-field scanning optical microscopy
- Photoluminescence
- Topographic imaging in contact and tapping (AC) modes
- Imaging of biological specimens
Accessories
- Heated sample stage
- Inverted optical stage for imaging through coverslip
