Description
The Probe Station is a Lakeshore Instruments (Desert Cryogenics) vacuum probe station currently outfitted with 5 probe arms. Up to 4 low frequency (0-2 GHz) or 2 high frequency (1-20 GHz) arms are available. The system may be cooled to LHe / LN2 temperatures or heated to 100 C. Two SRS lockin amplifiers are available as is an Agilent VNA.
